Still obsessing over what your ex might be doing or something you said that could have been taken the wrong way? Try this:
1) pick an image associated w the recurring thought (the ex’s face, for example).
2) Put the image in a thought bubble and then imagine popping that bubble w a sharp pin or needle.
3) Replace the negative thought w a positive, happy image (puppies, kittens, the beach?)
