All payments are non-refundable, but I recognize that health emergencies do arise. Private and family readings can be rescheduled due to illness/emergency as long as you contact me at least 2 hours before your reading. I will respond with a list of my next available dates & times (you may have to wait another 4-6 weeks).
If you fail to log onto a Zoom reading, I will reach out via phone to ascertain whether it is a technical issue & we’ll take it from there.
Group readings of 4 or more cannot be rescheduled due to the difficulty involved in accommodating each person’s schedule, but you may substitute one person for another if necessary.
Large group and premium personalized events are subject to the cancellation policies agreed upon in the signed contract.
