SCHEDULING FAQs
When will you be offering in-person readings again?
I have no plans to offer in-person private readings in the future. I have been conducting virtual readings for clients all over the country since day one and the pandemic reinforced that they are just as effective as (and much more convenient than) in-person readings. Whether we are across a table or across a continent, Spirit will find us and communicate through me. You need not have the latest technology; a reading over the phone works just as well as a Zoom session. The only in-person services that I offer are paranormal investigations and large group events.
Why do I have to fill out a form? Why can’t I just email to request a reading?
The form makes the scheduling process much more efficient because it ensures that I have all of your important contact information in one place. This means fewer emails back and forth, and also gives me quick access to this information in case I need to contact you prior to your reading (or during it if we experience any technical issues).
I submitted a request two days ago and I still haven’t received an email from you. What can I do?
Please check the junk/spam folder in your email (especially if you do not use gmail). If you still do not see a response, please reach out to me directly via email: [email protected]
Why do I have to pay now when my reading is
a month or more away?
I have found that if people do not pay up front they often forget about or blow off a reading that they scheduled weeks or months in advance. Paying at the time of scheduling ensures that a client 100% intends to go through with it, and that they will put it on their calendar so as not to forget. I can also be scatterbrained and find it easier to schedule and bill all at once so that I don’t forget either!? ;)
Why can’t I reach you by phone (why can you only be reached via email)?
When I began my professional career, I scheduled everything via phone or text. After a couple of years (and hundreds of clients), I found myself receiving requests at all hours of the day and night. To establish boundaries and protect my privacy, I got a new private line and turned my business line over to an assistant. I still use the business number for phone and FaceTime readings, but all calls and texts are forwarded to my assistant outside of those hours.
